Hello there

Sending you these cat ladder photos from UK. Your site gave us the idea and it took 3 attempts to get the angles just right for optimum use.

Even though it's only from the first floor, it's another way in and out for our cats and they use it and love it!

Thank you
Lena

Hi, here is the cat ramp we built in Didsbury, Manchester, UK. Thanks!

Ok, it's Friday and time for a really Filmfest! Below we follow the cat Nigel's adventures on his cat-ladder. In the last four films, there will an intruder dressed in black on a visit. Thrilling!

The intruder! Now there is trouble in town!

I found this image in a forum on the net. It is debatable whether it was ok to even let their cat out, or if you just should have them indoors. Someone wrote that "In America, it's considered cruel to keep a cat outdoors." What do you think?

HI

One of the conditions of getting married was that my wife's cat would be moving in with us. As we live in a first floor flat in London, a cat ladder was the only solution. I hope Prince likes his new ladder.

Hi

Love the site. I just finished making a ramp to the top of a shed I just built. Unfortunately I won't have a cat to try it out until December when he will probably say theres no sun to bask in on top of shed !!
Moongazer and my wife JoAnna are in Kansas City until they come here permanently in December. Moons will NOT have to go into quarantine as he has been microchipped, rabies innoculated etc.

This is a cat ladder made for a flat in London. There was no outdoor access for the cat from the first floor flat, so a catflap was put in the window and the three section ladder installed to allow the cat into the garden. The ladder had to be strong enough to take the weight of the cat, but weak enough that it would not allow an intruder to gain entry.

HI

One for the blog page. Not the prettiest of constructions, but effective! Not only is it used by my cat, Digby, but he has a friend (and a few enemies) that use it to come and see him as well now. Greg, London.

Wow! Your web site is great and i thought i was the only crazy cat lady that had ladders for her cats. We have a brick 5ft wall round our garden and we built some ladders for our cats to get out more easily. There are 3 pictures attached, one is of the perches we put in our tree so they could sun themseleves and look out over their neighbourhood

Hi,
Given that your website was a wonderful inspiration to building our cat ladder I thought it only right I should send in a photo of my finished product!

The picture shows my neigbour's son giving some encouragement to my cat Ethel to join him for a play in the garden. The steps were crafted and finished by his father, top neighbours!

Not so much a ladder, but good use of what was available. Used a
couple of shelving brackets and some left over wood from the decking
so it didn't look out of place. The sil to the window wasn't quite
deep enough so I cut a piece to length and then screwed through the
plastic sil into the wood. Now all the cats can happily climb onto the
roof and through my bedroom window :)
